    Thank God! I can finally tell people who my financial advisor is when I tell them my plans (which consist of no plans ~ my children will have to take care of me).

    I'm my own financial adviser, so I get to chew me out regularly. I'm not particularly offended by the people telling me how to survive the recession, as long as I'm not made to listen to Susie Orman. Most of the people telling us how shallow the recession will be are the same ones who told us that the housing crisis wouldn't be very serious. Watch out below!

    Does it have to be my own kids I sell, and if so, is there a waiting period before I can unload them? I can't even keep a plant alive for more than a month.
